Our professional private guide and vehicle will take you on a 30-minute scenic drive to the Poroy train station, where you’ll board the luxurious Hiram Bingham train departing at 9:05 AM. Enjoy stunning Andean landscapes en route to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu, arriving around 12:24 PM.

Upon arrival, a comfortable 25-minute bus ride takes you up to the legendary Inca Citadel. There, your expert guide will lead you on an immersive three-hour private guided tour of Machu Picchu, where you’ll discover Incan culture, history, and engineering marvels. Highlights of this personalized Machu Picchu experience include the Temple of the Sun, Royal Quarters, Main Plaza, and more. Be prepared for some light walking, as the site features narrow paths and stone staircases. (This itinerary follows Circuit 3, exploring the lower part of the citadel).

Enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Ollantaytambo train station, where you’ll board a comfortable train to Aguas Calientes, the picturesque town at the foot of Machu Picchu. You’ll arrive around 10:30 AM, greeted by your personal guide, who will accompany you on a 25-minute bus ride up to the Inca Citadel.

At the entrance, embark on a three-hour private guided tour of Machu Picchu, where your expert guide will reveal the fascinating history, architecture, and culture of the Inca civilization. This personalized tour includes key highlights such as the Guard House, Temple of the Sun, Royal Quarters, Main Plaza, Temple of the Three Windows, among others. The Ministry of Culture has implemented 3 new circuits and 10 routes to visit the Inca City of Machu Picchu.
This is to protect and control the flow of visitors in authorized areas of the Inca citadel. These new regulations will avoid the risk of damage to parts of historical monument and guarantee a quality experience for visitors.

Circuit 1 – Panoramic (Take one of the short hikes and then enjoy the Inca city only from the top part).

– Route 1-C: Sun gate (Available in peak season)
