Machu Picchu Hiking Package

The Machu Picchu Hiking Package Tour highlights natural and cultural attractions of the Cusco region: historic downtown Cusco and the choicest ruins in and above this ancient city, experience the sacred valley local atmosphere with Huchuy Qosqo Trek, majestic Machu Picchu, and ending in the trek to the top of Rainbow Mountain and its amazing views.

Cusco and start off with your visit to Cusco’s city center, a busy and vibrant place, with as much excitement at night as it is in the daytime. But this walking tour of Cusco focuses on historical sites from Inca and colonial period. Our local expert makes sure that travelers learn and see all points of interest in the city. Most of them are near the city’s main square, Plaza de Armas. Additionally, hike to Sacsaywaman and other beautiful Inca sites with expert by your side.

Explore the little-known Inca site of Huchuy Qosqo, and end walking in the Sacred Valley of the incas. Likewise, our all-inclusive service takes to Machu Picchu on a guided Inca Trail hiking tour package. The Short Inca Trail showcases lots of ruins and clues to its rich history.

The majestic citadel of Machu Picchu is usually the most anticipated destination for most travelers. However, this Machu Picchu Hiking Package Tour makes the journey there as eventful if not more so than the destination. It is a poignant reminder of the eras past.

Hike to Rainbow Mountain, a colorful mountainside high in the Andes. The second most visited attraction of Peru gets its amazing color and name from the exposed mineral layers.

Our guided hiking tour package includes a great selection of famous treks, such as the Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. These outdoor activities also involve the most popular tourist destinations like Rainbow Mountain. Discover the most iconic monuments of Peru with our private hiking tours.

Here we list more options for your travel inspiration. If you want us to create a custom package for you, do not hesitate to send an email including your preferred destinations.

machu picchu guided tour

Best Memorable Trip Ever!! Our experience with Mapi Tour Peru was terrific, incredible and first rate. We worked with David to set up the tours and hikes of Sacred Valley, Pisaq, Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu, other Inca sites near Cusco, Rainbow Mountain and Lake Titicaca. Every part of our tour was well thought out and memorable from cocktails at the San Cristobal Church belltower our first evening to lunch at the Hacienda Huayocari to the private home tour in Ollantaytambo and boat tour to the Uros and Taquile islands. We visited Peru during the Winter Solstice which is a very special time of year with many celebrations and much dancing in the streets. The accommodations chosen for us were first rate. We especially loved the Casa Andina in Cusco. Our tour guide, Catalina was a gem. She was my inspiration to keep hiking up the tall and narrow mountains and was so knowledgeable of the history of where we visited. I can't give enough great affirmations for this company. They were great to work with. Written July 18, 2023

Perfect Trip to Cusco & Machu Picchu! We had a fantastic experience using Mapi Tour. I reached out to a number of tour guides to help me plan my 1 week vacation to Lima/Cusco/Machu Picchu. I number of them where located in the United States so they seemed more like middlemen, but after interacting with David I felt the most comfortable working with him as a local tour operator with years of experience leading tours in Cusco and Machu Picchu. My wife and I did a tour of Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and added Rainbow mountain whilst we were in Cusco. David and his team - Karen, Freddy, and Eloy were very professional, friendly and supportive to our needs in making sure we were worry-free about our tours. I truly recommend using local tour guides and David if you are planning a trip to Peru. Written August 15, 2023
