The luxury Machu Picchu Day Trip from Cusco begins with a pick-up at 8:00 am from your hotel, and returning around 10:30 pm. Our private tour guide and vehicle will collect you to take a 30 minutes journey to Poroy train station. Once there, you will board the 9:05 am Hiram Bingham train to Aguas Calientes, the base village for Machu Picchu, arriving about 12:24 pm.  Then you will  enjoy a  25-minute bus ride up to the Inca City.

Here, our Machu Picchu Tour guide will meet you and take you on a three-hour private guided tour of Machu Picchu. You will receive an exceptional guided tour, learning the history, architecture and Inca lifestyle. During this private tour to Machu Picchu, you will also visit the most important groups of the Inca city. By instance, Sun Temple, Royalty area, Main Plaza, and other attractions. • Original passport: You will be required to show at the train station and Machu Picchu entrance.

• Sunglasses: Protect your eyes from UV rays from the sun and others such as sand, dust and wind.
• Hat or cap: Protect you from the sun since there is no place to hide.
• Sunblock, minimum 50 SPF: The sun is very strong, so you are adviced before exposing to the sun.
• Insect repellent: Mosquitoes reside in jungle regions so be prepared.
• Personal medical kit: The sacred valley tows and Machu Picchu offer medical assistance.
• Bathing suit and sandals: These items are required only if you are going to use the hot springs.

BOOK MACHU PICCHU TICKETS IN ADVANCE!

The availability of tickets to visit Machu Picchu are limited, and it is advisable to book well in advance to ensure that you get your desired circuit. We can purchase the Machu Picchu tickets of your preference if they are still available.

Our service includes the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu, and we will do our best to buy the one that covers all sectors. If you also want to climb the Waynapicchu Mountain, request in your reservation email and we will add it for an extra cost.

The Ministry of Culture has implemented 3 new circuits and 10 routes to visit the Inka City of Machu Picchu.
This is to protect and control the flow of visitors in authorized areas of the Inca citadel. These new regulations will avoid the risk of damage to parts of historical monument and guarantee a quality experience for visitors.

Circuit 1 – Panoramic (Take one of the short hikes and then enjoy the Inca city only from the top part).

– Route 1-A: Machu Picchu Mountain
– Route 1-B: Upper Terrace
– Route 1-C: Sun gate (Available in peak season)
– Route 1-D: Inka Bridge (Available in peak season)

Circuit 2 – Classic Circuit (Allow you to see Machu Picchu from the upper part and visit all sectors).

– Route 2-A: classic, Designed Route – recommended
– Route 2-B: Lower Terrace

Circuit 3 – Machu Picchu Royalty (Visit the central groups of Machu Picchu and then take one of the hikes).
